Annual Dues
Dues allow you to attend our meetings and receive the printed version of our newsletter, at no additional cost. These dues are primarily used to cover the cost of renting our meeting hall and sending out mailings. There are other expenses, such as the flower fund, which your dues also help to support. The dues schedule for 2008 is as follows:
Single..........$28.00 (per year)
Couple..........$44.00 (per year)
Family..........$48.00 (per year, with all members living at the same address)
Non-Members......$7.00 (per meeting)
Dues are collected from all members at the beginning of the year. If you join later in the year, the above rates will be pro-rated quarterly. For example, single membership is $28 for new members at the start of the year, $21 after the first day of April, $14 after the first day of July, and $7 after the first day of October until the end of the year.
Meeting Location
The Way Out West Tent normally meets at the Mayflower Club, located at 11110 Victory Boulevard (west of Vineland Avenue), in North Hollywood, California. The doors for Tuesday night meetings open at 6:30 PM, and the meetings begin at 7:15 PM.
2008 Meeting Schedule
The Way Out West Tent meets five times a year, not including our annual banquet. Dues provide free admission to all regular meetings. Annual banquets are not included with dues, although members receive a discount for these events.

Meeting Reminders by E-mail
You may sign up for meeting reminders by checking the "Meeting Reminders" option when you sign our Guest Book. Simply fill in your name and e-mail address and check the meeting reminder box. Because members receive the printed newsletter in the mail several weeks before the meeting, this e-mail reminder is intended to be noting more than a last minute reminder. Announcements for Tuesday night meetings will be sent out the preceding Friday. If you require more advanced notice, please see the meeting schedule above and mark your calendars accordingly.
Annual Banquet
The Way Out West Tent holds banquets annually in the Los Angeles area. Celebrities who knew and worked with the Boys are always in attendance. In the past, these events have taken place at such landmarks as the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the Culver Hotel, and aboard the Queen Mary. Our banquet for 2007 has already taken place.
