Nostalgia Merchant

The Nostalgia Merchant began selling Laurel and Hardy videos in the early '80s. They released collections of short films and included rarely seen Hal Roach shorts along with each feature film. Their tapes were released in both Beta and VHS, before the days of colorization. Several years later, some of their videos were reissued by a company called Hal Roach Studios Film Classics. Neither company still sells tapes, although you may be able to find them used.

Nostalgia Family Video re-released most of these same videos under their own label in 2002. They have since been discontinued.
